1. Product Authenticity

Our products are sourced from vintage shops, secondhand markets, and private collectors. While some items may appear brand new, we do not guarantee the authenticity of any brand or label. Each shirt is chosen for its design potential and is artistically reimagined through custom embroidery and upcycling.

2. Condition of Items

Because we work with vintage or pre-owned football shirts, garments may show minor signs of wear, age, or previous use. We consider these imperfections part of the piece’s unique story. Each item is carefully selected to meet our standards of quality and visual appeal.

3. Returns and Refunds

Due to the artistic and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on sizing issues, authenticity concerns, or general dissatisfaction. If you experience a significant issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and we will assess your case individually. If applicable, a solution such as store credit may be offered.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In compliance with EU consumer protection law, customers typically have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to personalized or custom-modified goods. Since each Stitched FC piece is artistically transformed and sold as a one-of-a-kind product, this exception applies.

5. Shipping Information

We ship from Barcelona, Spain. Shipping times and prices vary based on destination. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but may be subject to delays due to customs or local service issues.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may offer store credit depending on the case.

6. Taxes and Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their local authorities. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

7. Brand & Trademark Disclaimer

Stitched FC is an independent creative project that modifies and resells secondhand football shirts through artistic embroidery and upcycling.

While many of our base garments are originally produced by brands such as Nike, Adidas, Puma, and others, we are in no way affiliated with or endorsed by any of these brands, teams, leagues, or manufacturers.

Any brand names, trademarks, or logos featured on our garments remain the sole property of their respective owners and are used strictly for descriptive purposes (e.g., identifying the original make and model of a shirt).

In accordance with European law, the resale of authentic, lawfully purchased secondhand goods is legal, including those bearing trademarks, under the principle of exhaustion.

Our work constitutes a creative reinterpretation — we do not reproduce logos, create counterfeit designs, or imply official partnerships. All embroidery and artistic additions are done independently and are intended as cultural, nostalgic, and artistic expression.
