Returns and Refunds Policy

Because each Stitched FC piece is one-of-a-kind and artistically modified, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives significantly damaged or we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order.

Custom + Vintage: No Standard Returns

Please note:

• We work with vintage or secondhand football shirts that may show small signs of wear or age.
• These details are part of the garment’s story and not considered defects.
• Embroidery placement, thread colors, and design are intentional artistic choices and not eligible for return.

If There’s a Problem…

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email us at info@stitched.es within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

We will review your case and may offer a resolution in the form of store credit or replacement (if possible).

Refunds

We only issue refunds in exceptional cases. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment or issued as store credit.

If you’re expecting a refund and haven’t received it yet:

• Double-check your bank account
• Contact your payment provider
• Then reach out to us at info@stitched.es

Returns Shipping

If a return is approved:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs
• We recommend using a tracked service as we are not responsible for lost return parcels
